I recall first hearing this as the last part of a 3-part waltz medley which

   had “Shadow Waltz” and (including vocal) “My Moonlight Madonna”

  as its 1^st 2 parts; the medley was part of “Songs of Our Times – 1933” by

  Charles Baum & his orchestra.  The “chords” selection is just that (omitting

  the middle part).  Versions 1 & 2 are identical except for different middle parts,

  and are derived from my own piano renditions, although I used organ here.
