Lorraine Cimino – Senior Director of Program Operations

Ms. Cimino is Senior Director, Program Operations and provides 20 years of experience in both IT and the government sector. Lorraine provides executive leadership in all aspects of account management. Lorraine’s primary focus is on building and maintaining excellent relations with Centuria’s existing clients, including the U.S. Forest Service, as well as prospecting and delivering new services to their clients and to prospective clients.

Lorraine specializes in implementing and managing program offices for her clients, especially where enterprise solutions are critical to the client's operations and where aggressive delivery schedules are needed to achieve the organization's strategic objectives.

Prior to joining Centuria, Lorraine held senior leadership positions at eMentum, Inc., and Apogen Technologies, a QinetiQ North America company. As Director at eMentum, Lorraine was corporate director responsible for the leadership, management and oversight of eMentum’s program operations while also working with the Department of Justice HSPD-12 PMO. Prior to joining eMentum, Lorraine was employed at Apogen as Program Manager, Federal Civilian Solutions. In her role at Apogen, she was responsible for organic business development and strategy implementation for key accounts as well as responsible for planning, identifying and capturing key account opportunities while establishing market positions.

Lorraine received her Master’s Certificate in Program Management from George Washington University and her BBA from the University of Texas at El Paso.
