Implementation

Centuria is dedicated to efficient task management once implementation begins. With our experience managing projects of over 70 employees and subcontractors, we can help you plan, schedule, and track labor tasks and manage staff resources efficiently. Centuria also monitors acquisition tasks by tracking equipment orders and invoicing and verifying that vendor services meet your high standards of service and quality. When unforeseen challenges appear, we can conduct risk assessments and help you react quickly to get your project back on track.

Evaluation

While work is underway, Centuria works with you to deliver milestone updates and frequent progress reports that reinforce our commitment to a transparent and responsible relationship. For software development and other IT projects, we look for ways to streamline applications so that reporting is built in to the system.

When projects come to conclusion, Centuria provides extensive close-out services from invoice review to validation of contract obligations. We ensure that your projects are completed to your satisfaction.

Successes

Following is a selection of Centuria’s successes in helping our clients implement their projects:

Centuria supports the DHS Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in a variety of mission-critical programs:

• Currently supporting the scheduling, configuration management, and quality management needs for more than 450 airports.
• Provided program management support for the rollout of several TSA airport initiatives, including Behavior Detection Officers, Decision Gating, and Passenger Security Officers.
• Conducts airport workplace inspections and then recommends and manages approved hazard mitigation projects.
• Supports TSA’s Airport Perimeter Security grants program by liaising with airport personnel to secure access and installation approvals and supervising installations, tracking progress, and evaluating progress.

Centuria manages a multimillion dollar software and database development contract for the USDA Forest Service’s I-Web General Support System. We develop yearly program-of-work agreements and implement all development, maintenance, and user support activities within an average of 3-5 major releases (and numerous supplemental releases) per year.

For the Department of Veterans Affairs’ (VA’s) National Cemetery Administration, Centuria has installed and continues to maintain information kiosks at cemeteries in Washington, DC and at 75 locations around the country.
