Senior Director of Program Operations
Ms. Wolf is the Senior Director of Program Operations. Kate has been with the company for over three years, initially as the Human Resources generalist and then moving into program management where she rapidly took on even greater levels of responsibility.
As Senior Director for Program Operations, Kate manages a range of complex programs. Contract transition is part of her expertise. She has successfully transitioned 100% of incumbent staff on multiple programs with tight timelines.
Kate’s programs include the State Department National Visa Center located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire; the Patent and Trade Office located in Harrisonburg, Virginia; the Department of Energy Western Area Power Administration located in Loveland, CO; and the Department of Homeland Security Program Management, Administrative, Clerical, and Technical Services (PACTS) located in Washington DC.
Kate graduated from George Washington University at the top of her class, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with concentrations in Human Resource Management and International Business. Kate has also earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
