Ms. Healy brings a diverse range of business development experience from over 20 years working in the federal marketplace to her role as Chief Marketing Officer. Pauline is adept in building and managing business development and marketing teams to execute on aggressive goals and growth targets.
Prior to joining Centuria, Pauline held executive leadership positions at Apptis and Apogen Technologies, a QinetiQ North America company. In these positions, she managed the business development and marketing teams for the Defense and Civilian markets focused on new business growth and ensuring maximum industry exposure. Pauline has also served as a Contracting Officer for the Electronic Systems Center at Hanscom AFB, MA.
Pauline drives the business development process and activities of Centuria to enable the company’s strategic growth.
Pauline holds an MBA from Western New England College in Springfield, MA and B.S.B.A from Western New England College.
