Centuria Corporation has been named to the Inc 5000 list for the fourth consecutive year. Ranked at number 1364, the company was recognized for its fast growth from 2007 to 2010.
2011 has been a key transition year for Centuria as the company prepares to grow beyond the “small business” set aside category. In the past twelve months, the company won a prime contractor spot on the SeaPort-e vehicle with the Navy which helps expand the company’s footprint in DoD as well as geographically. Other key wins have included a Veterans Affairs Office of Health Information (OHI) Blanket Purchase Agreement, Veterans Informatics and Information Computing Infrastructure (VINCI) support, and work with the Civil Engineering Unit of the Coast Guard. The company also successfully teamed to win subcontractor spots on eFAST (Department of Transportation), TIPSS 3 (IRS), and ITSS 4 (Department of Justice).
“We are thrilled to be recognized once again for our success in growing Centuria into a profitable business where people want to work,” said Kevin Burke, Founder and CEO. “Our next phase of growth, competing on the full and open market, will be challenging, but I am confident that our team’s dedication to creating solutions that advance our customers’ missions will help us maintain the growth trajectory.”
