Centuria supports the Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO) with operational support for MS Exchange, MS SharePoint, desk side services, web development, server management, VACO Server Lab and Microsoft Active Directory management, Storage Area Network (SAN) assessment and operations, backup and archiving assessment and operations, Certification & Accreditation (C&A) documentation, 24×7 operational support, VTC, and non-routine services.
The Centuria team handles the commissioning, decommissioning, and maintenance of the PDA servers and devices for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The Help Desk supports over 6,000 users with a comparatively small team.
