What do you like best about working at Centuria?
Other than my amazing colleagues, Centuria provides the benefits and stability of a respected, established company with the excitement and growth of an entrepreneurial environment.
What do you define as the pivotal element of success in your career at Centuria?
Centuria’s dedication to quality has been instrumental to my career with the company. With the sponsorship and encouragement from management, I led and coordinated the CMMI SCAMPI Maturity Level 3 appraisal. Achieving a CMMI Maturity Level 3 rating demonstrates that Centuria’s software and systems solutions apply systematic and disciplined approaches, which result in quality outcomes and benefits for our customers. For some, achieving CMMI Maturity Level 3 would be sufficient but, for me the journey has just begun. My goal is to continue our process improvement initiatives and maintain operational excellence in the future.

What do you like to do in your free time?
Since I live in Colorado, I love being outdoors. I enjoy running, skiing, and spending time with my husband and kids. We like camping, fishing, and watching the kids play sports and do activities. I also like to cook (and eat) and volunteer at our schools.

What was your favorite Halloween costume?
For Halloween, two years ago I dressed up as a gold digger. I wore a shiny gold dress, gold high heels, a gold hardhat with a headlamp, and carried a gold shovel. I won a costume contest. A couple of months later, I wore the costume again when my niece and I were on the game show “Let’s Make a Deal”, where she won a cash prize!
