Contract Overview: Centuria is a prime contract holder under Categories B and C of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) VI contract. SEWP VI is a multiple-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) that provides NASA, all Federal agencies, the Department of Defense, and authorized Federal agency support contractors with streamlined access to Information Technology, Communications, and Audio-Visual (ITC/AV) products, solutions, and services. Category B covers enterprise-wide ITC/AV service solutions spanning multiple departments, locations, customers, or field offices. Category C covers mission- and program-level ITC/AV services. Contract Type: NASA SEWP VI is a multiple-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract. Orders placed under SEWP VI are subject to the Fair Opportunity requirements of FAR 16.505(b), as applicable.

Fair Opportunity Clause: Contractors will be provided a fair opportunity at the individual order level as appropriate under FAR 16.505(b), including through the SEWP Request for Quote tools. No documentation for the order selection is required to be submitted with the order. All such documentation is to be maintained by the issuing procurement office.
Centuria shall not market, quote, or otherwise offer for sale under its SEWP VI contract any ITC/AV solution that is not listed under the contract in the SEWP database of record and available to Government end users.
If the Government issues a Request for Information as part of market research, Centuria may provide information concerning solutions not yet listed on its SEWP VI contract when:
- The solutions are clearly identified as not yet available on Centuria’s SEWP VI contract; and
- Centuria submits a technology refreshment request to add those solutions to its contract.
If the Government issues a Request for Quote or Market Research Request, Centuria may respond only with solutions available on its SEWP VI contract. The price of each quoted solution shall not exceed the applicable price in the SEWP database of record at the time the quote is issued. If Centuria has insufficient offerings available on its contract to respond fully to a formal Request for Quote, Centuria must submit a No Bid unless the Request for Quote expressly permits partial quotes.
When submitting a quote to a Government customer, Centuria will clearly state the period for which the quote is valid and will honor an order submitted within that period. Responses to Requests for Information, Market Research Requests, and Requests for Quotes issued through the NASA SEWP online quoting system will comply with the applicable NASA SEWP Contract Holder User Manual requirements.
Government information posted through NASA SEWP, including Requests for Information and Requests for Quotes, may be used only for proposing on SEWP requirements and may not be provided to third parties for purposes unrelated to the applicable SEWP acquisition.
How to Obtain a Quote: Federal customers may request a quote through the NASA SEWP online Quote Request Tool. Customers should provide the applicable SEWP request number, statement of work or specifications, period and place of performance, required labor categories or solutions, security requirements, delivery schedule, response deadline, and any agency-specific instructions necessary to prepare an accurate quote.
Installation, Basic Warranty, Extended Warranty, Technical Support, Software Support, and Other Post-Delivery Policies: Installation, integration, acceptance, basic and extended warranty coverage, technical support, software support, maintenance, and other post-delivery terms are solution-specific. Applicable requirements, responsibilities, coverage, response times, and escalation procedures will be identified in Centuria’s quote, relevant manufacturer or service-provider terms, and the resulting delivery or task order. Customers should retain the applicable quote and order documentation as the authoritative record of the terms governing the purchased solution or service.
